Website terms.

By using the public website, you acknowledge that its content is general information and that AI output can be inaccurate. The site is not a proposal, contract, warranty, professional opinion, or instruction to take a high-impact action.

No engagement by site use

Visiting the site, reading an article, using AI chat, submitting a booking form, or receiving an email or calendar invitation does not create a client, fiduciary, advisory, legal, investment, security-testing, or other professional relationship. It is not an accepted quote or binding proposal. An engagement begins only after authorized parties sign the applicable agreement and required scope, identity, access, fees, and rules are confirmed.

Public AI chat

The public chat uses automated retrieval and third-party AI inference to provide general guidance. Its output may be incomplete, incorrect, outdated, unavailable, or unsuitable for the visitor’s actual circumstances. Check material claims against primary sources and obtain the qualified legal, security, financial, compliance, or other professional review the decision requires.

The chat cannot create an engagement, issue or accept a quote, authorize work, make a binding promise, or reserve an appointment. A conversational statement that a time is available or booked has no effect. A booking exists only when the deterministic booking system returns a confirmation and booking identifier for the selected slot.

Informational content

Technical field notes are researched for the stated verification date, but models, provider terms, standards, vulnerabilities, laws, regulatory guidance, pricing, and product capabilities change. Recheck the linked primary source and obtain the qualified advice required for the specific decision.

• Compliance-readiness content is not legal advice, certification, or an audit opinion.
• Security content is not authorization to test a system and does not guarantee the absence of vulnerabilities.
• Commercial content does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, conversion, revenue, partnerships, introductions, or financing.
• Investment-related readiness is not securities brokerage, solicitation, or investment advice.
• AI and software guidance does not guarantee correctness, uptime, safety, or fitness for a particular use.

Booking and calendar limitations

The booking form is for arranging an introductory fit call. A confirmed appointment reserves that call in the Nautilus booking system; it does not commit either party to a project, price, schedule, deliverable, or other commercial term. Availability can change, and Nautilus may contact the visitor if an operational, security, abuse-prevention, or scheduling issue requires correction, cancellation, or rescheduling.

Transactional email and an ICS invitation may be sent through Resend. Google Calendar may be used only when separately authorized. Sending a message does not guarantee delivery, inbox placement, calendar insertion, notification, or attendee acceptance. A calendar invitation may require the recipient to open or accept it, and calendar status is separate from the Nautilus booking record.

Service descriptions

The service pages describe types of work Nautilus may perform when the appropriate capability, authorization, scope, evidence boundary, and delivery lead are available. They are not a promise that every activity is available in every jurisdiction or context. A proposal controls the actual service.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to interfere with the site, bypass access controls, access the private Studio or APIs without authorization, introduce malicious code, overload the service, manipulate the AI system into exposing protected instructions or data, automate abusive requests or reservations, impersonate Nautilus or GoodVentures, or use the content to make misleading claims about an affiliation, qualification, or outcome.

Do not submit passwords, API keys, private keys, tokens, regulated data, confidential customer content, source code, security findings, or other sensitive material through public chat or the booking form. Automated filtering and redaction are limited safeguards and do not make those channels appropriate for secrets.

External sources and links

External links are provided for source verification or navigation. The destination owner controls its content, availability, security, collection, rights, and terms. A link does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or continued accuracy.

Third-party processing

Public chat, email, hosting, security, and optional calendar functions depend on third-party services, including OpenRouter, model providers, Resend, Google Cloud, and, when authorized, Google Calendar. Their systems, availability, and terms may change. Nautilus applies the controls described in the privacy notice but does not guarantee a third party’s uninterrupted operation or a recipient system’s treatment of a message or invitation.

Intellectual property

Site design, original copy, and original materials are protected by applicable rights. Short quotations and links may be used as permitted by law with accurate attribution. Do not reproduce, repackage, remove attribution from, or present substantial original site content as your own without permission. Third- party names and materials remain the property of their owners.

Availability and changes

The site may be changed, corrected, restricted, or unavailable without notice. No public page guarantees that a service, AI answer, booking time, message delivery, provider integration, model, calendar function, team configuration, or offer will remain available.
